A ceremony to provide relief items and cash aids to households relocated to safety places due to riverbank erosion in Zalun Township was held at Township General Administration Department this afternoon.
At the ceremony, Ayeyawady Region Chief Minister U Hla Moe Aung gave remarks and provided K 1,650,000 of cash aids to 33 households at a rate of K 50,000 per household. Then, the officials also provided tarpaulin sheets to the households.
