Minbu, 7 January
Cash aids and relief items were provided to fire victims in Shwepaukkan Ward in the town of Minbu in Magway Region yesterday, according to the Township Department of Disaster Management.
On the occasion, officials from the Township Department of Disaster Management under Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement provided Ks 112600 for purchasing construction materials and rice and rescue kit with 16 items to the victims.
The fire broke out on 4 January and destroyed a house.—Zay Ya Htet(Minbu)
