Kyaikmaraw 13 March
A surprise check was made on pharmacies and food stores in Kyaikmaraw, Mon State by officials led by Dr. Thwin Htoo Naing from Food and Drugs Administration Department on 12 March.
They inspected the sales of prohibited and expired medicines as well as looked into those pharmacies if they have licenses permitted by the Ministry of Health and Sports or not.
Afterwards, they went to the market in Kyaikmaraw and made an inspection on sales of prohibited and expired food and disseminated pamphlets to store owners and customers.
