Over 100 nationals abroad return home by relief flight

THE relief flight of Myanmar Airlines International, co-organized by the Myanmar Embassies in Washington and Seoul, landed at Yangon International Airport bringing 109 citizens, 49 from the United States of America and 60 from the Republic of Korea, yesterdaThe Ministry of Labour, Immigration and Population, the Ministry of Health and Sports and the Yangon Region government arranged 14-day quarantine at specific places or designated hotels, followed by the 7-day home quarantine.
 

In accordance with the directives of National-Level Central Committee on Prevention, Control and Treatment of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in coordination with the Myanmar embassies abroad and other relevant ministries in Myanmar, has been organizing six relief flights for Myanmar nationals from USA via Incheon International Airport of the ROK.—MNA
