Officials inspect rural development works in Mudon Township

Officials led by staff officer of the District Department of Rural Development U Banya looked into the progress of the construction works of rural tar roads in Wette and Paingkama Villages in Mudon Township, Mawlamyine District in Mon Sate at about 9:00 am on 28 December. 

 

Rural Development project have been implemented in four villages in Mudon Township with Ks. 10 million provided by regional government. Out of the four villages, Wette and Paingkama villages have completed the development projects by 100 percent. 

 

Afterwards, officials inspected an earthen road which is being constructed by Golden Hill Construction Company in Kawkhapone Village and brick laying works along the drainage in front of the educational development school in Hminganin Village in the Township.

 

Once completed, the projects will benefit 7367 local people from 1722 households in Wette, Paingkama, Kawkhapone and Hminganin villages in the Township.—Myint Oo(Myeik)
