Night curfew imposed in Tangyan Tsp.

As part of efforts to control the spread of COVID-19, six-hour night curfew was imposed in Tangyan Township, Shan State yesterday.

 

The Township General Administration Department imposed the night curfew begins from 10:00 pm to 4:00 am every day in Tangyan Township and bars everyone in the township from leaving their homes starting from April 20.

 

The curfew from 10:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m., starting from Monday night and would remain in effect on 19 May, according to the township GAD.

 

Exemptions will be made for trucks which carry goods and foodstuffs, medical workers and patients. There are four confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Tangyan Township, Shan State.—Min Lwin Oo, IPRD
