A sports ground in Hinthada University in Ayeywady Region was inaugurated by Ayeyawady Chief Minister U Hla Moe Aung yesterday. The new facility is 600 feet long and 400 feet wide and it also includes a 400-meter runway.
The new facility was formally opened by Ayeyawady Chief Minister U Hla Moe Aung, chairman of regional Hluttaw U Aung Kyaw Khaing, regional minister for agriculture, livestock, irrigation and natural resources and environment U Tin Win Aung, regional social minister Dr. Hla Myat Thwe and rector of the university Dr. Tin Htwe by cutting a ribbon.
Afterwards, the chief minister and regional ministers inspected teaching aid materials equipped in classrooms in University of Computer Studies and Hinthada University, giving instructions to the officials concerned to furnish the needs of the universities.
