Hlaingbwe, 4 January
A ceremony to open a new office of Myanmar Maternal and Child Welfare Association was held at the compound of its office in the town of Hlaingbwe, Kayin State this morning.
First of all, Chairperson of the state Maternal and Child Welfare Association Daw Sandar Htway delivered an opening speech. Then, Chairperson of the District Maternal and Child Welfare Association Daw Than Than Aye spoke words of thanks to the community leaders.
Aftrerwards, Chairperson of the state Maternal and Child Welfare Association Daw Sandar Htway, Chairperson of the District Maternal and Child Welfare Association Daw Than Than Aye, Chairperson of the township Maternal and Child Welfare Association Daw Shi Shi cut a ceremonial ribbon to formally open the new office and unveiled the sign board of the office and sprinkled scented water on it.
