A ceremony to open a new guest house building was held at the facility in Loikaw yesterday. Kayah State Chief Minister and wife, speaker of State Hluttaw, State Chief Justice, deputy speaker of state Hluttaw, state ministers and wives, members of ethnic literature and culture and members of political parties were in attendance.
State chief minister L Phoung Sho said that the newly five-storey guest house will be a lodging for high level officials when they were in the Kayah State before expressing thanks to those engaged in construction.
Afterwards, an official from the Nan Aye Yeik Construction Company explained about the construction in details.
The Chief Minister, speaker of State Hluttaw, State Chief Justice, deputy speaker of State Hluttaw and minister for security and border affairs formally opened the newly guest house and sprinkled the scented water on the signboard of the building.
