Tachilek, 1 january
A joint contingent of police members led by Police Sub-Inspector Myat Kyi Thar of Tachileik District Anti-Drug Squad-30 together with witnesses searched a house on Ngwe Zedi road, Ponetun ward, Tachilek, eastern Shan state on the morning of December 1.
The authorities arrested Arba (a) Nata Lel, 30, Aung Ko Ko (a) A Thaylay, 30 and Lewe (a) Thomas, 25 in the house together with 51 stimulant tablets, about 5.1 g of raw opium, some 150 g of opium blocks and related items in their possession.
