A ceremony to donate medicine worth about Ks. 15 million to a public hospital and four station hospitals took place at the meeting room in the compound of a public hospital in Pantanaw Township, Ayeyawady Region this morning.
Donors U Aung Tun and his wife Dr. San San Yi presented medicine to the Lower House MP Mahn Nyunt Thein and doctors who returned certificates of honour to the benefactors.
The patrons also donated Ks. 10 million to the Shwemyintin Pagoda through the pagoda’s board of trustees. The donations were made in honour of their late parents.—Pyae Phyo Kyaw (IPRD)
