Kyaikdon, 10 June
Under the guidance of Ministry of Health and Sports, medical staff from Rural Health Department conducted a mass immunization campaign in conjunction with a knowledge sharing event about the danger of COVID-19 in wards and villages in Kyaikdon Township, Kayen State this morning.
As part of efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19, medical staff from Rural Health Department will inject 50 children below two years old per a day with vaccination against various diseases such as hepatitis B, Polio, measles and diphtheria.
With the aim of improving health of children below two years old, mass immunization campaign being conducted in the township starting from June 1.
