Every workplace is formed with experienced workers and newcomers. In that society, experienced workers are responsible for lending a helping hand to newcomers on the way to the target.
While applying experiences in the workplaces, the elder workers should give on-job training to new ones as part of sharing their precious experiences. Depending on the unity of both kinds of workers, the workplaces would have improved.
In fact, the experienced workers should not look down on the newcomers with thoughts that they themselves have adequate knowledge about the workplaces; they must take a leading role in the workplaces because newcomers do not have any experience, and newcomers need to pay respects to them and obey their words of advice.
On the other hand, new employees cannot accept the leadership of the old ones because those from both sides are service personnel. They have an equal term of rights because no one need is to pay respect. If they serve duty in relevant workplaces, they will have work experiences to some extent one day.
In fact, those from both sides embrace the wrong thoughts and concepts for workplaces. Everybody should pay respects to each other in all areas. It is a public ethic. The experienced workers should operate the workplaces applying their skills. Meanwhile, newcomers need to observe the ways of operating the workplaces from the experienced ones.
Actually, the experienced workers were also newcomers in the past. They gradually accumulated work experiences by trying to overcome the challenges in workplaces. They exchanged their precious time with invaluable experiences.
The experienced workers need to use the critical things and skills in manufacturing applying the powerful physical strength of the newcomers. If those from both sides have to operate all the duty and functions of the workplaces in harmony, both of whom will have easy access to the goal.
That is why two kinds of workers should march towards the goal without disunity and disputes by forging the brotherly spirit with the aim of achieving success by relying on each other in all issues. Everybody knows “unity is strength”. GNLM
