A man who killed a man and a woman at Yuzana Garden City Housing, No.94 Ward, Dagon Seikkan Township and was on the run was arrested in Panda Ward, Myeik, Tanintharyi Region yesterday afternoon.
The victims, identified as Ko Hein Min Aung, 27, and Ma Myint Myint Win, 23, Sweety Home marketing staff, were found dead with stab wounds and cuts at No. 9 (A) road, Yuzana Garden City Housing, Ward-94.
An investigation revealed that Htet Shine (a) Phoe Thet, 22, who is also Sweety Home staff, was absent from work and disappeared. The information was related to the MPFs of Yangon Region, Mon State and Tanintharyi Region, thereby resulting in the arrest of Htet Shine (a) Phoe Thet, the prime suspect in the murder in Myeik Township yesterday.
