A man was killed in a quarrel over the fence that separates the two houses in Kalade village in Ngathayork town, Nyaung-U township, Mandalay region this morning, according to a local police station.
U Chit Win, a resident of Kalade village had a quarrel with his neighbor, U Shwe Soe over the fence between their houses and U Chit Win attacked the latter with a grubbing hoe. The attack led to the death of U Shwe Soe on the incident spot.
Action is being taken against U Shwe Soe under section 302 of penal code.—Ye Win Naing ( Nyaung-U)
