Magway apartments to be sold in 5-year installment system

The Ayeyawady Housing with a capability to withstand an earthquake of a magnitude of 7 on the Richter Scale was built on a land plot near Phan Khar Myay golf course, about 700 ft. from Natmauk Road and the apartments will be sold through an installment system, according to an official from the housing project.

“The buyer needs to open a bank account at KBZ Bank and must deposit 30 percent down payment for the apartment. The buyer can pay 30 percent down payment by six phases. The remaining amount can be paid during five years. We spent the best quality of construction materials in an attempt to withstand an earthquake of a magnitude of 7 on the Richter Scale,” said U Han Maung, the owner of the Ayeyawady Housing.

Out of 110 rooms, about 60 apartments have already been sold and the remaining 52 rooms will be sold through an installment system. The housing complex includes a minimarket, swimming pools, playgrounds, park, a religious edifice and 24-hour security system, said Ko Han Cho, an official from the housing.        

The apartment measuring 876 square feet contains one bedroom, a master bedroom, a living room, and a kitchen will be sold for Ks. 32.5 million for cash down system and Ks. 35 million for installment system. An apartment measuring 1220 square feet with a master bedroom, two bedrooms, kitchen, a living room and a prayer room will cost Ks. 42.5 million for cash down system and Ks. 45 million for installment system.—Zay Yatu (Magway)
