Hlaingbwe 29 July
A ceremony to hand over funds of VDP to relevant villages in Hlaingbwe Township, Kayin State was held at the meeting hall of the Township Department of Rural Development on July 29.
First, an official from the Township DRD clarified the purpose of the ceremony and urged the local people to make efforts into the implementation of village development works. They then handed over K 10 million each to the members of the village development committees in seven villages.
Officials from the Township Department of Rural Development and members of the village development committees in the villages were in attendance.
