District Medical Officer Dr. Khin Maung Yin and officials from Mrauk-U District Health Department gave health care services to people who were in IDP camps in Mrauk-U Township yesterday. The health care activities are usually given to people in IDP camps every week.
The medical officers and staff are providing health care services to those who were in Shitthaung, Latkaulzay, Myatansaung and Shwetaung IDP camps daily. In addition, people from IDP camps in remote areas were provided health care services three times a week. Furthermore, health education activities were conducted in the areas and insecticide treated mosquito nets were also provided to the people.
