Four returnees sent back home after 21-day observation at facility quarantine

Four returnees who were placed under 21-day observation at a facility quarantine center in Mongyaung Township, Eastern Shan State were allowed to go home on August 25.
    

Officials from the General Administration Department and Department of Health presented health certificates to the returnees, urging them to stay at home for one week and abide by the social distancing rules issued by the Ministry of Health and Sports. They were transferred to a village administrator.
    

The four returnees were found not to have been infected with coronavirus after their swabs were taken and tested at National Lab in Yangon.
