Five confirmed COVID-19 positive patients being treated in the people’s hospital in the town of Myothit in Magway Region were discharged from the hospital yesterday afternoon, according to the township Department of Health.
The coronavirus patients discharged from the hospital have been identified as a woman and a man from Bayakyi Ward, a man from market ward, a man from Lelu Village and a woman from Pantaw Village in the township.
The five people were handed over to respective facility quarantine centers in the township after receiving medical treatment in the hospital.
As of January 11, 2021, all 228 confirmed COVID-19 positive patients in Myothit were reportedly discharged from the hospital after receiving medical treatment.
