Fire renders K 5.4 million in loss

A fire broke out at Theinngak workshop in Taikkyi Township, Yangon Region yesterday.

The fire started from an overheated fan and spread to the nearby raw materials, leaving two houses worth K 5.4 million in the compound destroyed. The police members from Taikkyi Township Police Station and the firemen from Taikkyi Township Fire Services Department rushed to the scene to put out the fire with the help of eight fire engines. No injuries were reported. The local police outpost took action against Aung Ko Latt, the security for his neg . –Tun Hlaing (Myaing)
