A fire broke out at the building of IGE Group of Companies on Kabar Aye Pagada Road in Bahan Township, Yangon Region at about 12:30 pm today.
The fire was thought to have started from an electric short circuit in the building.
Firemen from the Township Fire Services Department and San Chaung Fire Services Department rushed to the scene to fight the fire with the use of four fire engines. The blaze was extinguished within 15 minutes.—Kyaw San Myint, IPRD
