U Maung Maung Ohn, Union Minister for Information, attended an entertainment honouring the parade columns participating in the 79th Anniversary of Armed Forces Day parade held at the No 3 Transit Centre in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.
U Ye Tint, Deputy Minister for Information, Tatmadaw members from parade columns and invitees attended the entertainment.
At the entertainment, artistes from the mobile public relations unit and MRTV presented songs and jokes to the audiences.
Then, the Union Minister participated in singing along with the artistes, and Tatmadaw members from the parade columns applauded it.
The Union Minister and the Deputy Minister gave 10 sets of MRTV DTH receivers and 200 sets of DVB T2 Set Top Boxes to Tatmadaw members of parade columns through the draw-lot system. — MNA/TKO
