Electoral training course for polling station officers being conducted in Kyunsu Twsp

A training course on electoral process for the polling station officers kicked off at Kyun Yadanar Hall in Kyunsu Township, Taninthayi Region yesterday.
    

Chair of the township election sub-commission U Aung Win gave an opening speech. Next, Secretary of the township election sub-commission Daw Chue Myat Chel and members lectured on electoral law, bylaw, procedure, electoral dispute, voting, vote counting, announcement of voting result, and demonstration of the polling station. 


There are 326 polling station officers and deputy polling station officers for 163 ballot booths in Kyunsu Township.


They are being given training for one week. There are more than 110,000 eligible voters in Kyunsu Township for the upcoming general elections, according to the township election sub-commission.
