A multiplier course on taking census and compiling voters’ list took place at a hall in Zigon Township, Bago Region on 15 July.
On the occasion, Township Administrator U Win Myint gave an opening speech and Chairman of the township election sub-commission U Kyaw Moe Oo briefed matters relating to the course. Next, officials from the General Administration Department, the Immigration and Population Department and the Union Election Commission gave training on taking census and compiling voters’ list.
The training course was attended by ward/village administrators, volunteers and departmental staff totaling about 150.—Tint Swe (Zigon)
