An event to provide social pension to elderly people above 85 years old was held at the meeting room of General Administration Department in Zalun Township, Ayeyarwady Region this morning.
At the event, officials from the Township Department of Social Welfare under Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement handed over social pension to respective Village Administrators.
Under this financial aid program, 1085 senior citizens in the township received K 30000 each for the month of October, November and December in 2021-2022 FY.—Wai Yan(Township IPRD)
