The construction works of an earthen road is being carried out by rural development committee in Satthua Village in Wuntho Township, Sagaing Region.
An earthen road measuring one mile long and 12 ft. wide is being built by rural development committee with Ks. 1 million of DRD’s allotted funds in the fiscal year 2021-2022. The construction work of the road was started from December 19 this year.
Once completed, it will benefit 154 local people from 32 households in the village, helping them transport rural products to the markets in a timely manner.
The Township Department of Rural Development continues to conduct the development works in seven villages in the Township in 2021-2022 FY, according to an official form the Township DRD.—Township IPRD
