Mahlaing 13 June
Drugs were seized in the Town of Mahlaing, Meiktila District, Mandalay Region yesterday, according to Mahlaing Myoma Police Station.
Acting on a tip-off, police members led by police sub-Inspector San Myaing from Mahlaing Myoma Police Station together with witnesses raided the house of Khin Maung Kyaw and arrested Khin Maung Kyaw and Wai Yan Aye along with 157 stimulant tablets and related items for using drugs from them.
Authorities filed charges against Khin Maung Kyaw, 37, and Wai Yan Aye, 20, under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law.—BoBo (Mahlaing)
