Construction of drainage work and retaining wall in the town of Shanywathit, Hpa-an District, Kayin State was conducted starting from the first week of May and now all have been completed by hundred percent.
Construction of drainage work was conducted with K 62.4 million, construction of approach road with K 69.6 million and retaining wall was built with K 69.6 million. Once completed, flow of drainage system will be better and the city will be clean, according to an official.
The Department of Highway under the Ministry of Construction continues implementing the development works during next fiscal year.
