Basic first aid course opens in Kyainglatt

A basic first aid course was opened at Wanglon Monastery in Ward-1, Kyainglatt Town, a remote area in Eastern Shan State, yesterday.

 

Firstly, representatives from the Eastern Shan State Red Cross Supervisory Committee and the district Red Cross Supervisory Committee presented stretchers, medical bags and Ks. 200,000 through the chairman of the district Red Cross Supervisory Committee U Kyi Myint and concerned officials.

 

The five-day course which will focus on giving necessary assistance to the injured people is being attended by 37 trainees.
