Aung Phyo loses in knockout stage of World Snooker Championship

MYANMAR snooker player Aung Phyo lost in the knockout stages of the 2022 World Snooker Championships in Qatar on the morning of 9 March.

 

Aung Phyo advanced to the second round after the group stage, where he met Pakistan’s Mohammad Asif in the knockout stages and lost 4-2.

 

Aung Phyo was disconnected from international competitions for a long time but tried his best but lost.

 

Two Myanmar snooker players competed in the competition, with Aung Phyo losing to Round of 32 and Win Ko Ko eliminating from the group stage.

 

The two players are taking training ahead of the Viet Nam SEA Games and have gained a lot of experience by competing in a world-class competition before the tournament.
