Affordable apartments in Pathein to be sold through installment system

Two fair-priced housing projects namely the Pyidawtha and Ohnmar Danti were developed by the Department of Urban and Housing Development in Pathein City, Ayeyawady Region and the apartments will be reportedly sold through an installment system.


The price for each apartment ranges from Ks. 58 million to Ks. 9.6 million depending on the space, number of room, and location. The buyer needs to open a bank account at CHID Bank and must deposit 30 or 50 percent down payment for the apartment. The remaining amount can be paid during 15 years. The affordable housings are designed to include public recreation centers and Futsal pitches.
