The 2nd Walking Thingyan Festival of Meiktila University in Meiktila Township, Mandalay Region will take place on its campus on 27 March.
“Arrangements are being made to invite departmental officials, alumni, teachers and students to participate in the festival. The festival will include 12 Satuditha pandals to serve food to visitors as well as water throwing pandals of respective majors and entertainment” said Dr. Swe Swe Win, chairman of the Organizing Committee.
