DENGUE fever prevention activities were intensified in Bamaraye Ward, Dawbon Township, in Botahtaung District yesterday under the supervision of the Yangon Region Public Health Department.
Dr Myo Myint Hein and officials from the Department of Public Health of Yangon Region, and township medical officer Dr Myo Myo Khaing and staff from the Department of Public Health of Dawbon Township conducted house inspections on water containers and flower vases for mosquito larvae, added larvicide (abate) to water storage containers, and educated residents on dengue prevention methods. — Chit Su Wai (IPRD)/KTZH
