A woman who was selling alcohol without having a license was arrested in the town of Zinkyaik, Paung Township yesterday afternoon.
Policemen from local police outpost together with witnesses searched a shop in the house of Khin Than Htwe and seized 50 bottles of traditional alcohol and Myanmar Kyat 46500 received from selling alcohol.
The authorities pressed charges against Khin Than Htwe for selling alcohol without legal permission, according to Paung Myoma police station.—Zin Myo Thu ( Paung)
