Tourists entertained with Naga dance in Homalin

Naga people entertained tourists, who are now in Homalin Township, Saging Region, with camp fire dance at Naga Literature and Cultural Grounds, Nan Phot Maw Ward, Homalin Township yesterday.


The ceremony was opened by Makuri male dance group playing log drum, and they ignited the fire.


Then, eight performances followed including Makuri male and female dance, Tanku male and female dance and dance by Mercy Home nursery school.


Thirty five tourists arrived at Homalin air-port from Yangon International Air-port. Then they arrived at Naga cultural grounds. They toured around the place to know more about its culture. They were served with Naga rice wine. They had documentary photo taken with Naga people.
