With a view to curbing the spread of COVID-19 and preventing local people from gathering, a temporary market was designated for vendors to sell their products.
The temporary bazar was opened to help buyers and sellers facilitate whereas both vendors and buyers need to wear facemasks and stay three ft. apart. In addition, both vendors and shoppers must abide by the local government’s rules and the market will be kept open during the period from 6 to 9:30 a.m. daily, said U Kyaw Naing, Executive Officer of the township development committee.—Myint Maung (IPRD)
