State Counsellor arrives back in Nay Pyi Taw from Myitkyina

State Counsellor Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, Chairperson of the Central Committee for Development of Border Areas and National Races who was in Kachin State, Myitkyina left for Nay Pyi Taw on a special flight yesterday morning. The State Counsellor and party were seen off at the Myitkyina airport by State Chief Minister Dr. Khet Aung, State Hluttaw Speaker U Tun Tin, State High Court Chief Judge U Tu Ja, state ministers, Hluttaw representatives and officials.

 

The party led by State Counsellor arrived in Nay Pyi Taw at 10 a.m. and were welcomed by U Kyaw Tint Swe, Union Minister of the Office of the State Counsellor, Nay Pyi Taw Council chairman Dr. Myo Aung, Deputy Minister for the Office of the Union Government U Tin Myint and officials at the Nay Pyi Taw International Airport. — MNA
