The Shan State Food Supply Committee supplied foodstuffs to three ethnic organizations at the committee’s office in No.1, Basic Education High School, Taunggyi Town, yesterday. Members of Shan State government and Shan State Minister for Planning and Finance U Soe Nyunt Lwin, officials from Kanbawza Bank, and members of the food supply committee were present at the ceremony.
They handed over 300 rice bags and 30 cooking oil cans each to the liaison officers of three ethnic organizations – SSA/Tatmaha (7), SSPP/SSA and S.N.P.L.O. They also provided 300 rice bags and 30 cooking oil cans each to P.N.L.O, PNO and RCSS on 8 June.—Soe Nyunt Shwe (State IPRD)
