An inauguration of a rural electrification facility was held in Koepin Village, Madaya Township in Mandalay Region this morning.
First, Regional Lawmakers U Maung Maung Aye and U Min Min, Township Administrator U Aung Kyaw Naing, officials from the Electricity Supply Enterprise and village authorities cut a ceremonial ribbon to open the rural electrification structure. Next, the regional MP U Min Min delivered a speech and an official from the ESE presented pamphlets on reducing the risks of electricity and shared knowledge about the danger of electricity.
Afterwards, a village authority spoke words of thanks. Koepin Village comprises of 63 houses and all households in the village have been facilitated with electricity thanks to the electrification facility which was built with the funds in the fiscal year 2018-2019.
