Than Tlang, 13 January
A ceremony to provide cash aid and relief items to fire victim was held at the house of U Thang Heing in Ward-1 in the town of Than Tlang, Chin State yesterday.
First of all, U Pau Lun Min Thang, Minister of Chin state Social Affairs delivered an opening speech and encouraged the victims of fire.
The Chin State government, the township Department of Disaster Management and donors jointly donated K 4.3 million and relief items including rice to fire victims in Than Tlang. Then, Kep Tu spoke word of thanks on behalf of fire victims.
The State Attorney-General Sunny Thang Cung, the state Minister of Social Affairs Pau Lun Min Thang, the Pyithu Hluttaw Representative Daw Ni Sui Lian, Chairman of the township management committee, departmental officials, businessmen attended the event.—Township IPRD
