Preventative measures against dengue fever are being undertaken in Tanai Township, Myitkyina District, Kachin State on every Saturday.
Township Medical Officer Dr. Than Tun Win, Township Departmental personnel, members of Police Force, Township Maternal and Child Welfare Association, Red Cross Society, Fire Services Department, Ward Administrators and local residents jointly conducted preventative measures against dengue fever. Then, the officials urged the local residents to clean their environs and to follow the guidelines instructed by the Ministry of Health and Sports.
