The local police confiscated a revolver in a house raid in Mongyawng Township, Eastern Shan State on 12 September, according to a source from the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Based on an anonymous tipoff, the police raided the house of a suspect identified as Sai Tint, 37 years old in Wunboe Village, Mongyawng Township at about 9 a.m. on 12 September. They discovered an old revolver in the house. The house owner is being questioned for possession of weapon by the police.—MOHA
