A ceremony to inaugurate a new school facility was held in Nyaungaing Village in Kyaunggon Township, Ayeyawardy Region this morning.

 

At the event, Chief Minister of Yangon Region Government U Tin Maung Win, Minister for the region security and border affairs Colonel Kyaw Swa Hlaing and Deputy Director-General of the region Education Officer’s office U Tin Hlaing cut a ceremonial ribbon to formally open the new school structure.

 

After that, CM U Tin Maung Win delivered an opening speech and urged the students to attend the schools. Then, Deputy Director-General of the region Education Officer’s office U Tin Hlaing called on parents of the students to send their children to the schools. “Collaboration between parents and teachers is a key for creating a successful class room” he added.

 

Then, Daw Rosy Nyein, headmistresses of the school handed over the flag and documents relating to the school building to the region CM and officials. Then, a member of school development committee spoke words of thanks to the government for opening new school building.

 

The two-story new school facility measuring 130 ft. in length and 30 ft. in width was built by Shwe Dingga Construction Company. Chief Minister of Yangon Region Government U Tin Maung Win, Minister for the region security and border affairs Colonel Kyaw Swa Hlaing, Deputy Director-General of the region Education Officer’s office U Tin Hlaing, Minister for the region communications and the region Police Chief Tin Zaw Tun, Minister for Ethnic Affairs U Saw Lin Khe, departmental officials, Teachers, students and Local people attended the event.—Win Kyaing(IPRD)
