BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (06:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Low Pressure Area over the Deltaic Areas and Southern Rakhine Coast(Myanmar) has become unimportant. Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 9th January, 2019: Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Taninthayi Region, scattered in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Chin States, fairly widespread in Lower Sagaing Region, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States and widespread in the remaing Regions and States. Degree of certainty is (80%).
STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.
