The first vaccination of covid-19 vaccine was given to health workers at a public hospital in Zalun Township, Ayeyarwady Region, at around 9 am today.
There are 223 healthcare workers in Zalun Township and 100 medical staff will be vaccinated today. The remaining healthcare workers will be immunized with covid-19 vaccine on January 29, according to a source from the township Department of Public Health.
