To ensure smooth transportation for local people, Kuu-kal chaung bridge was opened in Thit-khwa Taung village, Leiktho Gyi village-tract ,Leik Tho township, Kayin State, The bridge was officially opened by Father Danyaelae, Township administrator U Saw Myat Kyaw, Head of the village U Thet Oo and community leaders.
The bridge was constructed at a cost of K 2.5 million under rural development and poverty alleviation fund. Local people contributed labors for the construction of the bridge which is 18 feet long, 12 feet wide. Leik Tho (IPRD)
