Hpa-an, 7 July
Kayin State Election Sub-c0mmission organized a coordination meeting on holding election at the meeting room of its office in Hpa-an on 5 July.
First, Chairperson of Kayin State Election Sub-commission Mahn Kyaw Win Maung delivered an opening address and the secretary of the sub-commission elaborated on preparations being undertaken in Kayin State for the upcoming general elections and the follow-up programmes. Members of the district and township election sub-commissions also presented sector-wise tasks being carried out in Kayin State.
The assistant director of Kayin State election sub-commission also took part in the discussions before the chairperson gave the concluding remarks.
