The final match of the District Sports and Physical Education Committee Chairman’s Trophy U-25 men’s volleyball tournament for 2019 took place in conjunction with a prize awarding ceremony at an indoor stadium in Htigyaing Township, Sagaing Region yesterday afternoon.
In the final game, the team representing Htigyaing Township team won over the team representing Kawlin Township. Prize presentation ceremony then followed. The Chairman of the township management committee U Ba Win and departmental officials presented the trophy and awards to the prize winning teams.
The competition was held with participating teams representing Katha, Indaw, Bamauk, Htigyaing, Kawlin, Wuntho and Pinlebu Townships.—Ye Lin Tun (Htigyaing)
