Local authorities arrested a man along with drugs and a percussion lock firearm in a hut near Sinma Village in Kawlin Township, Sagaing Region yesterday.
Acting on a tip-off, police members led by Police sub-Inspector Khine Zaw Win from Chaungna Police Outpost in Kawlin Township together with witnesses raided the hut of Sein Mya near Sinma Village in Kawlin Township yesterday evening and seized heroin weighing 0.15 gram, K 80000 and an illegal percussion lock firearm in the hut.
Sein May is currently being detained for possession of a homemade gun and drugs by the local policemen.—Lu Aung(Katha)
